IN THE COUNTRY PART 2
Question: How do poets say hello
Answer: Hey haven't we metaphor
😆😂😂😋 A little joke I found on the internet, anyway I'm back with part two of my poem "In The Country" It's like part one only slightly different you can say It's a female version of part one. Another free verse poem that I wrote in school and for those who are waiting I shall drop a anime battle after this so no worries. Well onto the poem then shall we not.
IN THE COUNTRY PT 2
My parents kept me from kids that were rough
whose hearts were like stone and wore little clothes
their thighs and legs showed through rags that they wore
as they ran wild and free in the country
I feared more than tigers, wolves or lions
their squeezing hands on my breast and
their knees running up my thighs, I feared
their voices that called out to me everywhere in the country
Smart wasn't the word for them, no they were clever
waiting patiently behind bushes like dogs craving,
for my skin. To eat and devour, then get rid of me
whilst in search of other prey out there in the country
That's it guys I'm finished 😚 until next time with a anime battle ja ne.
